The International Lawyers Assisting Workers Network ILAW, is supporting the Nigeria Labour Congress NLC and women/young workers across Nigeria to lend their voices for the ratification of the International Labour Organisation ILO Convention 190. The Convention which was adopted in Geneva, Switzerland last year by the centenary conference of the ILO, deals with Gender Based Violence and Harassment in the world of work or GBVH. Their collaboration is aimed at pressing home the need for Convention 190 to come alive in Nigeria.
